well, instead of bin tai, I think those men are a group of men who are lack of the normal way to date or just be friend with women in normal ways

first of all,

men trying to touch women without even trying to find a better to know women...society these days

this keep happening since human got history, so please don't blame the "society these days". We know more of such wicked things happen because of technologies allowed
