and also, what about letting go or not..?! (又係唔明)

and it's not about whether someone can take criticisms or not.
it's about HOW you give suggestions or advices to other people. a nice and well-mannered person should politely and nicely offer other people his/her suggestions, without sounding like it's a criticism straight off the bat.
