我會咁理解呢件事。先撇除同性婚姻呢個課題﹐本身結婚係香港任何人只要到合法年齡或得家長同意而又相方情同意合之下就可以發生並且有法律效力。除左一個人犯法﹐要坐監﹐就會喪失呢D基本權利。但係香港又接受呢個變性人批准以女性身份做香港居民﹐而呢位W小姐又無犯法﹐點解無啦啦會失去結婚呢個基本人權呢? 我覺得邏輯上講唔通囉。

我相信係事主要求改身分證上既性別, 唔係個官要求佢改囉.
入境處接受佢既申請, 唔代表個官就要接受婚姻上 ...

    If they can't get married, they can't enjoy a lot of privileges regular married couples have. They aren't forcing people to accept them, they just want the same treatment with everyone else.

If you CHOOSE not to get married, that's okay, many people think marriage is just a piece of paper. But if you CANNOT get married, being a law-bying citizen, then that is a completely different story.

How about those cases when a baby is born with both sex genitals, and the parents have to choose at that point whether they want the baby to be a "boy" or a "girl". These cases do happen, so when they get older, are they allowed to get married at all? Because technically they weren't BORN as a male or female, so they don't have the privilege to get married at all???

    YES!!!

the doors always have huge gaps, sometimes it's quite embarrassing... of course usually people don't stand and LOOK at you, but when there are a lot of people waiting outside, people can kinda see what you're doing inside and give you the evil stare....
