i tried costco (bridgeport) first but got there too late (8:40am!) and they had already accepted all the cars for that day....so they told me to go back the next morning at 7am to line up....which i thought was ridiculous and went to Canadian Tire instead....got it done the same day....
i bought General Altimax Arctic winter tires at regular price....but goodyear nordic were on sale the day i went ($99)....but i checked reviews and it's just so-so....
becareful those shops will snitch or rat on u, they get commission from CBSA, the border Nazi will ask u if u had anything else to declare?
one guy told me he had bought some new tires, but switch the old ones in his locker, when he came across they look but cannot say they were new, infact old! U think the CBSA were psychics? if no one rat u think they know?
