Translink always needs $ but do we have a say on what it spends and how it spends???
Like the bus lane on south bound Hwy 99 (from off oak bridge to west minster), it's done almost a year now but the lane is still CLOSED. and why not make it a HOV lane but a bus lane only? How often there is a BUS on Hwy 99? Half an hour? And how much we spent???
