Isn't Japanese style breakfast includes those congee-like and bean/pea dish? Hm....not my cup of tea...

講起日式早餐, 有次去到日本想買啲麵包做早餐。見香港咁流行啲日式麵包，但係我喺日本唔係見到有好多麵包舖。連酒店早餐buffet都唔覺有。好彩都有啲西式omlete，如果唔係得啲日式粥／雜豆之類真係唔掂。

I guess I just don't like pickle at all...

I was in Shinjuku area but didn't spot any bakery store...

    I see. If I go again next time I should do more research ... Btw...the shinjuku station is huge that I almost get lost...(I don't know some gates actually closed after 9 (or 10?) and only one or two opened...and almost get trapped)
