Michaels has a lot of fake floral arrangement. Maybe you can check w/ them whether they do corsage / boutonniere. Or you can buy it and DIY.

That aside, I think Chinese floral most likely can accomodate more corsage order 1 or 2 weeks before...you r not talking about 1 or 2 days before.
