Here's my opinion regarding your points...

A.   I think the difference I can see is that the older generation is more willing to listen to advice/order, doesn't matter the individual is experience or not...whereas the newer generation...is more likely to challenge.

B. Same with the terms Hong Girls...also a biased term. But it does exist in perhaps a large number of girls. Yes I can argue that the girls I know none has this characteristics, but enough number to justify the existence of this type. Whether there are lots of "irresponsible" young people in the workforce as claimed by Big C Sis, this is the point of discussion. I guess you are just lucky to NOT experience these situations in your workplace. Also, perhaps there are differences between the younger generation here and in Hong Kong.
