    You have any stats to support your claim? What is "very little tax"? HK has lower tax rate, doens't mean people pay no tax.

So what? Even people who work and pay little tax, they contribute to the govt income and makes sense to get refund.

    No I don't agree with you. I said I prefer tax refund because those people contribute to the government income. I don't agree paying everyone straight cash.

Of course, to low income family/individual or people on welfare should get the subsidy as well as I said in previous post.
