Thank you!
I have the cuttlebug machine and it's great for embossing and cutting.

The cuttle bug machine seems expensive but it totally worth the $.
Wait for the sales in Michaels and I remembered I got it for about $55 with tax. That's like 2 Dior lipstick?
The cuttlebug folder is around $6 each but wait for sales as well...

Call me crazy...last Saturday I spent $7x in Michaels during the extra 25% sales...and another $50-ish in Scrapebook warehouse...That's just last week...

Scrapbook warehouse is on oak and s.w. marine drive.
Their website

The circut machine is more pricey. So I turn to the cuttlebug instead. So far I like it a lot.

I like the "handmade from the heart" stamp as well. But sooner or later I will get something from here

I am just afraid once I start online shopping...my wallet is all drained.... >_<

I'm very slow in making card. I could spend a few hours on one. I think on avg it takes 1.5 hours on one card. So I don't think there's a chance for me to hit 100 x'mas card before x'mas.

The Japanese doll is Hero Arts stamp (my favourite brand). Here. I got this one from the Granville Island stamp store but don't know if they still have it now. Michaels has some Hero Arts products but I haven't seen this one yet.
And I just use colour pencil to colour the doll. I think the face I use copic markers I can't remember now.

I usually just made card for friends when there's special occasion. Like friend's birthday and my "artistic" mind tend to flow better when closer to the "deadline". I rarely pre-made something.

Btw, What is MMWS??

I haven't started selling yet. I always feel that my cards are not good enough for selling. My technique is not as good compare with others...I'm still need lots of practice....

Copics is not easy (at least for me). I definitely haven't master the skill. Because of the copic marker, I need to buy more special ink and paper. I use Memories dye ink (black) but that won't work for copic....need to get Memento ink. Sigh...just a "loop" for expenses...
I used to get copics in Clippers street (they always give discount) but since they closed down I don't buy that much now. scrapbook warehouse used to have good price on copic but they raise the price recently. I think granville island stamp store has better price. Still they are like $7 each. Worth or not? I dunno...
On the other hands, I read from forum that people use Prisma colour pencil + Gamsol (some say baby oil works too) to archive similar blending result. I haven't tried that though.

When is the MMWS class? If it's weekday then I can't ....
Btw, do you have any cuttlebug folder? I bought a duplicate one and it would be nice if we could swap...

If it's weekday nights, I think I can only go scarpbook warehouse since I work in richmond...I don't think I can get to Burnaby in time when class start. On weekends I don't mind going to Burnaby.

I think the duplicate folder is call birds and branch.
