Btw, went to 海港 for dinner recently...I think it goes downhill, yet the price is so high .... can see by the few tables in dinner time on a weekend...

And the captain seems changed...

Probably won't go back...too bad I miss the 第一包，金沙包

    Went there once after it moves to the river rock location. Dim sum is not that bad. Service is ok though. But it really bothers me that high-chair ran out and no change table in the washroom. I do expect a change table in new restaurants...
