Are you sure BYOB is illegal? Even in western style restaurant I can bring my own and they charge corkage fee, although they may charge really high fee to make u order their wine instead.

If I have a very good XO (just an example) myself I can't bring to restaurant to enjoy it? That's no good...

Sigh...some people...they said they come...and then NO SHOW...i mean ...not really because of sickness or emergency wor....
