I usually just buy enough for one week supply...

As for lunch...I still bring left over dinner from last night but then I now started to cook fresh veggie in the morning. Heard that it's not healthy to have overnight veggie...

I don't have the need to cook something in order to "clear the fridge"...
anyway

Usually for a bag of veggie (choy sum/guy larn or even celery) I would have half a bag for dinner. So for one week, I would buy 3 bags. For meat I bought pre-slice meat from Yaohan. So cooking 6 days a week = 6 packs of meat. Egg can stay for a while so it's ok...
For fish ball etc...it can stay longer in the freezer la.

I only cook simple "Chinese dishes" and I don't make complicated stuff....
Yeah I do eat out sometimes if I work late. But the meat can stay extra one or two days in the freezer no problem la...For veggie, I can always have them in weekend lunch hour....I usually cook fish ball noodle for weekend lunch.

thanks for the tip. But I'm afraid frozen fish fillet will be 腥. So I never buy frozen fish fillet.
