It’s not a matter of whether the kid could hold it or not. This is their great culture. Peeing and pooing in the public is just part of the street scenery. I’ve seen a video showing an adult man pooing on the curb side in Hong Kong. Beside him was a woman holding tissue paper awaiting him to complete the mission. There were tons of ppl walking by but no one seemed to bother to say anything. I think they have got used to it. Poor Hong Kong ppl. Now they are here. Do we have to compromise?
