I use the 1st generation Martha Stewart circle cutter.  I find it sometimes handy and sometimes not!  But whenever I use that, I need to put a small piece of double sided tape on the tool to make it stable.

As for the bone folder, it's a tool that you use to score the paper

The scoring board is a board that you use it with the bone folder to make the creases/lines straight.  So that you can fold the card/paper easily!
(And for this below Martha Stewart Scoring Board, it comes with a small bone folder and a envelope measurement ruler/tool)

The Scoring Board is definately a buy.  But the Circle Cutter you can get that later if you're shopping down the states with those coupons.  For me cuz I don't want to spend the money in getting different size spellbinders, that's why I got the cutter.

Note:  The circle cutter has a lot of those extra blades that you can also use it with the Martha Stewart Paper Cutter only if you have that.
