Too bad their RRSP one drops to like 2.5% or something afterwards? Otherwise, it would be pretty good just to leave money there temporarily.

as for the 4%... i think they mean they will give you the 4% unless Mar 31st, afterwards, you will get the regular rate of 2.x%, instead of getting the 4% as long as you put your money in before that date.
