lol, what? i thought beef would be one of the safest thing to eat half cooked (well, i wouldn't recommend eating it entirely raw as well, of course!)

I guess sometimes, it is alright, but compared to western steak houses... it is still far from it! but of course, you have to take into consideration that most chinese restaurants that does offer steak is not specialized in it, so really, you don't expect it to be one of the best stuff anyways!

well, what i meant was eating those steak entirely raw in chinese restaurants. it wouldn't taste good eating entire steak raw anyways (if you could somehow eat it)

those japanese beef sashimi of course is ok la, but hell, in a japanese restaurant, almost everything is raw ga la, haha.
