finally i have brought my son to physiotherapy...the Dr said since my son was taken out by forceps when he was born...the muscles of the neck (left side) was hurt....that's why he doesn't turn to left ...


Hmm I wonder if your son's sleep difficulty is related to the neck issue.  Maybe you can chat about that with the physiotherapist.  

Just curious, does one of the exercises included tummy time on a ball?

I see.  Because tummy time on ball would offer more flexibilities than on the floor.  It's also a more gentle way to practice neck muscle, so that's why I asked.
