Fido's Horrible Customer Service

I'm not sure if this was posted before, but does anybody get horrible customer service from fido's call in number? Usually I think they are rude, but I can deal with it...but this "Lindsay" today was really horrible.  She was rude to a point where I just said, "I don't want to talk to you".  Then I called the Chinese customer service and their service was 180 degrees different, 完全冇得比. I think I will call the Chinese line from now on.

um...her tone of voice was just really not friendly...then one time she said something, and i repeated it after her just to confirm, she actually said "that's what i said the first time", and it was definately not in a nice tone...anyways a "senior" customer representative called me afterwards to apologize (because i'd sent out an email to them)...maybe she was having a bad day, but i really don't care and i just don't think that this is not the kind of service she should provide if she is on the front line of the customer service
