if the insult is not worth to try charging,
then why 大 her for nothing?
if so, why is the slap so important?
are you gonna get hurt by a granny slapping you?
if your car is only 花左bumper, then why bother going to ICBC?
do you think it's worth it to pay the deductable?

if everything is so minor, then why bother
then why is this incident an issue sin? just blow water, everything's so minor, just let it go lor

Verbal racist comment is not much different than swearing right in front of you...so that happens all the time...but hitting your hand,  ...
