if whoever sends it have a crush on you, they will show up soon, or else why waste time & money?
go through your phone list, & eliminate all the guys that have a steady gf (assuming that guy is not looking for mistress). then eliminate all the girls that have steady bf (you know, nowadays it's possible that same sex has crush on you). then eliminate all the people from the remains that doesn't know your address/dog name.  
just keep on eliminating, & you'll come down to a few suspects.
