but if he's so aggressive, make sure your female co-worker is good & ready to be witness. and maybe when she leaves/行出行埋都有人陪她。you never know if that on9仔might try to scare the sh!t out of her to make her back off from being witness.

they won't cuff him probably. but definitely take him back to give a statement. once you file a case, they will take all people involved for questioning. the statement is written by the on9-jai anyways. hopefully his english is good enough. but since he's so dumb, he'll just write up something stupid that's to his disadvantage.

i don't think that guy will learn his "lesson". being detained by the cops will only make the guy think 做乜"搞大件事"。
after filing this case, you're no longer involved. it's up to the cops & judge how much they will sentence to protect 你黎個無辜無助小市民。
