The restaurant doesnt offer lunch (i think) and it's located next to K-mix karoke.
went for late dinner around 930pm, not very many people. The decor is very bright, modern and clean. Menu offers taiwanese/jap and many drinks. Price range is $7-8 for food and $4-5 for drinks, which is reasonable. I tried its 'chicken milk hotpot', it is OK gum la, not super tasty but worth $8 la.

Thumbs up for service, really attentive and friendly.
