How much milk came out?  If it's not a big amount and he/she doesn't do it that often than I won't worry about it

It happens sometimes when the baby tries to burb before he/she finishes the milk.

If your baby seems normal if you touch around her belly then things should be OK.  If she starts crying when you touch then your should see your doctor.
