lube boy at dealership is usually fine as they only work on one brand of cars most of the time and there are mechanics supervising them

I suggest you take your car back to the dealership and specifically ask for an oil change ONLY no service and see how much they quote you.  I try my best not to go to "Lube" places...

If you have a garage, go for it.  I don't know if that $100 includes inpection, but if it's just oil change, you can save quite a big by doing it yourself, especially if it's easy to do.

For some cars that have a cover under the engine and use element type filters, the job could be messy, so I just let somebody do it.

Basic Fram filters are pretty bad, try to stay away!
