Do you know what's AQ?  (Adversity Quotient) I guess the new gen lacks this very much This is not a standard.  It's an attribute of human beings.  Since born, each human strive to live on.  How poor can this police be compared to say an African and who should be more painful?  Making up excuses and blaming others is another popular behaviour in this gen too!
