i have bad experience with shell / husky and mohawk (fuel starve thru a high speed corner, with less than 1/3 of a tank)....no problem at all with chevron...

Can you explain to me how bad gas causes that?  Isn't that a problem with the fuel pump assembly?

if it's the fuel pump assembly, it should happen when i use any brand of gas; so far i have only had Chevron, Petrocan (few times), Husky / Mohawk (also few times), and 76 (after i leave the race tr ...

It's really strange, I still have no clue of how your car does that on diff gas.  Do you have an aftermarket ECU?  Even if diff additives, how does high speed cornering or 1/3 tank full change anything?  Shouldn't it happen at all times too?  In a split second, the ECU will adjust the fuel mixture.  So how can the engine starve so bad with diff gas?  Do you think there's a "break" in your ECU mapping?
