Maybe Lik is very good in public speaking that he never make any mistake when reading out his prepared speech or he is just oppose any 民建聯議員 even though that 議員 is 香港市民普選出黎. hahahahaha. In his brain, only the 議員 in democratic party can do the work, even though some of the have commit some crime and mis-behave
