I am mean but its you made the mistake that order the wrong drink. if you ask them to change, the original drink would be wasted if no order order that drink very soon after your order. you know, tea (lemon tea or milk tea) will getting "old" and bitter when they just sit there and not being consumed. If they server the drink that u ordered originally to others, that customer may blame them or think that the quality of their tea is bad

but I do agree that I dont like their attitude
