one thing, if China government really can find some solid evidences to prove him do anything harmful to china government, he is a dead meat; so we can say, there is no SOLID evidence; however, one thing we can sure, he MUST have done something very suspicious. Otherwise, u think the chinese government is too bored so they catch someone who they don't like to put into jail? remember, chinese government has been trying to hard to tell hk people that they will not ruin HK since 1997 (and still going on). So I don't tihnk they would put a hk people to jail for no reason.
no one can really prove that he is innocent or guilty (even himself)
you may say prosecuting a peson who can't be proven to be guilty/innocent is wrong, but u shouldnt just blame the communist government, CIA just do the same sh*t all the time
