讓步 is ok, I agree that the power of each group of people in the legislative counsil should be a bit balance. however, the government, especially the department who enforce the law (cops) become too weak, too afraid of those vigorous so-called politican that even the mk kid on the street (the one with out real power) challenge the cop, which is not a good sign in a society |
