More profit on japanese food ..  I guess ...

We like japanese food more then chinese food here too .. and most jap resturants are owned by chinese ...

However, chinese food and japanese food ..  is about the same price here ...  ( say $25 per head vs $30 )  so ...  it makes sense to me, to go japanese resturants ..

Of course, in HK or Vancouver is another story ...
