good wor!

I just did some "coffee" check up ..  I have found so so many coffee bean in my kitchen ...

Since I got nespresso .. hardly grind coffee anymore la..  they are so good!

Those nespresso machine is one of the few thing, much cheaper to buy here then Hong Kong ..    (Esp when using coupon)

Even just ~ $200, you can get the entry model, some middle model with coupon, can be purchased for ~ $300.

Those capsule is ~ $60-70 cent each, but espresso size (~ 80ml)

I was doing some chean up in my kitchen, and found 5 expired coffee bean .. ( expired in 2007!! LOL )  since I got the first nespresso machine ~ 4/5 yr ago, I have packed my other cappuccino machine la!

Their aeroccino machine is very good too, (but not made in swiss) can make cold or hot foam milk ..  simple! and that is the only foaming machine I use now ..  ^_^

I bought them from linen and thing, once a while, they have 20% off coupon online or from newspaper ..

Then once you bought your first nespresso machine, you are in their customer list, and they will send you NESPRESSO BOOK, and again, with coupon as well ..

However, they never offer coupon or discount for their capsule .. and you have to order them online, and pay extra for shipping.

Their capsule are 3-4 times more expensvie then other, but worth it. I usually order ~ 300 capsule a time ...

I sort of agree .....  and it is nice to grind the bean, and make one fresh coffee .. but .. ONE?

I do that when I am in HK, not in Canada la..  lazy.. so nessp is one good solution ..

By the way, anyone knows if I can buy non dairy cream somewhere? ( such as Avoset? )

More specific, I am still looking for something similar to Avoset ..  ( some coffee shops in HK use Avoset, such as Pokka.)

Almost want to bring some from HK .. but bringing some coffee cream .. kind of weird ..

I didn't say too BUSY in cowtown, I said LAZY ar ..  hehe ..  esp with little baby now ..

I used to do that a lots when I was in Edmonton by myself, buy bean, grind, and used those "Jan Lau" coffee pot ..  

May be I am not that picky anymore .. don't need fresh brew BM coffee anymore la..

Anyway, I love nesspresso ..  lol

In genaral, Nespresso coffee is better then Siphon coffee etc ..  of course, depends what kind of beans, for some reason, not many beans work well with those Sipho system, I found same bean, from Saeco coffee maker, taste better ..

However, siphon works better with blue mountain ..  but I won't grind blue mountain all the time ..  they are pricey! (I don't really like to grind coffee bean anymore ..  just a lazy father .. )

Anyway, I still strongly suggest Nespresso, as you know you are every good coffee .. every cup, every time, and $70-80 cent isn't bad .. ( or $1.4-1.5 for double shot )

Even with overhead cost ... ~ $1-2.

The "milk" machine, Aerochinno, (something like that)

- Don't put too much milk, there are TWO line inside, the LOWER one is for the Spring shape METAL spinner, and the HIGHER one is for the plastic spinner, I did the same mistake when I first got it.

It works so good, I hv few other "foam" machine, but not as good and smooth as this one, and you can even make COLD foam milk. (add some brown/red sugar .. yummy!)

Somehow, organic milk, hard to make foam .. so I use regular homo milk.

I like PURPLE usually, but the blue special edition is nice too.

Milk under the LOWER line?? that is like only ~ 50-80ml milk jor wor ..  shouldn't spill ga ..

Purple is not Lungo ..  but light blue and yellow.

For your Aeroccinno, there are 2 spinner inside, one is attached, one is on the LID ..

You got the cube + Aerocinno combo, right? or the citiz??
