$100 for OIL CHANGE ???   

Oh .. how could it be??? and sythetic oils ??  oil itself will cost them $50-60 .  then filter another $15 or so ..  
How could they charge so little ??  did you buy some "PACKAGE" from them??

You better double check, may be $107 is just labour ?  I never heard sythetic oil service is that cheap from any dealer ..  and not a chance to include any inspection for you as well .. with average $130-140 an hr labor cost ..

I hvn't done any oil change myself for ages .. just hassle ..  

And I think most important is ..  

WHERE are you going to dump the OLD OIL ????  

It is not just to save $20 or so and spend another hours or so ..  but residential area ...  how to deal with the old oil ? put it in a bucket, and take it to a Oil Lube, and ask them to throw it away for you??

I have heard some stupid kids ..  just dump the oil to drains on the street ...  which will hurt our enironment badly .. and illegal .. ( I did it when I was a stupid kid too ..   )

I think you can rent some DIY car garage, but then probably $30 plus an hr anyway?
