Um .. but it replace PST + GST ?

I think GST is for whole country anyway?

but then GST + PST is 12% now anyway ..  so .. no different?

??  so .. this HSP is to help small business in BC ?

If this is the case, we may pay a bit more on tax on food etc, but save a lots on the other hand wor ...
