B. From the topic, --> 買樓的故事, will get more attention to people with house

C. People with no house, or not planning to buy in near future, may not vote.


Anyway, in B.C/Vancouver, the debt ratio is still very low compare to other cities in Canada, (read news la) even the house price in Van is still highest, with not that high income.

   如果係做IT嘅，new grad都可以搵到＄40K，每個月都應該有＄2000 after tax，咁如果唔大洗，儲＄1500一個月，一年儲＄18K，6年就儲夠＄100K去買屋，買個＄400K 嘅apartment嚟供都OK嘅

Well ... that happens in Vancouver ..  some kids may make only $1K (part time) but $10K spending power every month ..  lol
