In general .. I prefer townhouse, (bigger, more space, less common area, lower cost, parking etc in general)

But I like downtown highrise condos in Van ..  just overpriced!!

Anyway ..  won't be same price per sq/ft ...

Condos .. always smaller then townhouse/house/multiplex ..

Should say depends on your budget ..   condo fee is something to consider too, could be just $300, could be $500 or 600 ...
