Well ..  I guess since compare to 四臥室、二浴室 的獨立屋 in HK .. (  say $20million Can )  price in Van is not bad .. so .. free walkers still love to buy houses in Van ..

Everywhere else has to be cheap if you compare to HK....

It's no surprise to see why our house prices is #1 in Canada.  Yes we're in the same country as Toronto and Calgary but seriously given a choice why would anyone (Chinese or not) chose those cities over Vancouver unless your job requires you to.  Vancouver just has far superior weather and living environment.  When you factor in foreign money, it's really no rocket science for house prices here to go up.

    Yeah ..  I can't agree more ..  for years and years ... Vancouver house price is high .. but the weather and enironment are good ..

Also, there are many choice ..  if can't afford Vancouver high house price, can live in Richmond, burbaby, port moody, coquitlam, delta etc ..  still nice weather, close enough to Van, and much less then Vancouver. ^_^
