TRUE story from me ..
Few yrs ago .. we went to Toronto/ Montreal .. and out of luck, our rental car got FLAT tire in Montreal .. so I called the 1800 number for help .. and somehow .. was connected to US service desk .. ( Well .. no labor in Canada)
So .. we asked for help .. and said "We got a flat tire, and in Montreal, near the airport "
She : " what ? where are you sir "
Me : " Montreal"
She: " Montana ? "
Me : " Montreal "
She " mon what ? there is no such a place, you have to tell me a city or STATE name "
Me : " MONTREAL! in CANADA! WE ARE IN CANADA! we are in CANADA, and I RENT THIS CAR IN CANADA! "
She " Sorry Sir, which State is Canada in? "
Me --> HANG UP!!! |
