好悶呀﹐唔好講錢啦﹐買樓住仲有好多原因。How about唔洗俾業主煩??
之前租地方住個業主賣樓﹐但係賣左大半年都賣唔出﹐成日都有人上嚟睇屋。好無私隱。而且唔係自己地方﹐擺個架換個燈fixture都好似有限制﹐好唔方便。大C姐 發表於 2010-7-17 14:18 
Or the other way around .. 煩業主... rather then 業主煩 .. in Canada, there are more cases, the tenants want the 業主 to fix this this and that ... as long as you are the 業主 ... something goes wrong in the house/condo, that is 業主 responsibility ..
Of course, as you said, could be 成日都有人上嚟睇屋 .. as well ..
