    Yeah .. Cash .. that is what I mean .. $500K extra cash to invest .. then must have a $3M plus house already, (pay off) and $500K worth of nice cars, $200K worth of nice watches... etc .. ( and $300K worth of handbag/jew for the wife .. )

    I am talking about extra $500K cash hanging around ..  not $500K worth of Equity/porperty!

Not everyone, but myself, my wife, and most people I know, will spend money ... even someone gives me $500K to me all the sudden, I will spend it ..
