咪算好囉﹐好多 telephone banking 係轉去印度﹐那些亞差又唔響分行做﹐口音又重﹐又唔明你講咩﹐那些更差。。。 許多信用卡公司係外判印度做電話理財架。。。

你要找人幫你投資﹐事但一家都 LUR 飯應喇﹐打乜鬼電話﹐求其入去一家分行﹐話你想投資﹐馬上 VIP 服務喇﹐即刻有人黎幫你﹐等都唔使等﹐你咪話我話喇

不過﹐說回來﹐真的別用 HXBX﹐他們服務真的差透﹐我們最近也轉走晒D錢﹐因為真的非常差。。。 我建議你去 RBC 或 TDCT﹐BMO 也OK﹐不過一間間。。。。

I use HSBC since 1985.  Then it gets worse and worse.  Adding new services charge here and there.  Finally I had enough last year and moved everything I have to TD bank.

I have used HSBC, TD, Royal, Scotia, CIBC, Vancity and Bank of Montreal.  This is my rank from good to bad:

TD good and HSBC extremely SUCKS!! Unless u are Millionare to Billionare from Mainland C. Otherwise they treat u Sxit I've just quit HSBC's master card cause the called centre asked me tons of Multi Choice questions (some of the ABCD answer with no of the above) and make me extremely upset! Don't forget I tried to renew but not anything.... HSBC BYE and I will not a coustomer with u rest of my life

I am not getting them to move cash, I did that all myself already...  I have about $20,000 RRSP in "S" bank so HSBC have to move that for me, I told Derek to move it over a month ago and it's not done, I went to the teller one day (Derek wasn't there) and they said oh you can just call customer service and they can tell you the process, that's why I called them...

My ex is giving me XXX,000 (seperation agreement), and that is new money to the bank, so I was thinking where should I put that money, like previous post said, any bank would want that money....

所有bank都分客戶等級, HSBC分為10級, 如果你是開Premier戶口, 你會是7-10級, 當他們看到你張bank card 或call 咗你個account上mon, 他們連面口笑容都會變好, 立即改口叫你個姓'先生','太太''小姐'.'有怎麼需要...'.

for $xxx,000, go HSBC open a premier account, they will be a personal account manager direct handle u. under their downtown premier office. very good sevice. forget about the local branch.

全對! 他們最好的teller (一般年資最高) 就放在premier條line. 其他teller通常都係十吓十吓.

if you are transfering RRSP/TFSA to other FI, the receiving banks will, usually, absorb the transfer out cost for you.
