Since it's still winter, I think there's nothing wrong with the freshiness of the food, it sounds like it's more related to the milk...

I have similar experience. A year or so before I visited Benz coffee ordering a regular coffee just before it closed, the milk was not freshed (cap is off and it's a summer day). I'd been sick for quite a while having sick leave for couple days...

止咗係無症狀
但係細菌重響身體內

Last Friday, my hunny went out with his best frd. They had dinner at Yohan food court, they shared all the foods... and next day morning, his frd was so sick, puke for 4 hrs. we thought it was food poison too...so, we drove him to the Doctor.
Dr said is not food poison, coz my hunny is fine... it is a virus called "stomach flu"... and ppl always max up with food poison and stomach flu...  
anyways... just take care..

一聞到啲濃味少少嘅野就想嘔，連食過魚片粥，啲魚片有味精，我都頂唔順  <--- 係有左 定 真係食物中毒啊﹖  去睇下醫生CHECK 清楚D 啦。。

我唔知自己食物中毒，以為自己可能作感冒，點知男友車我返佢屋企時，我開始透唔到氣，去到佢屋企唔夠幾分鐘 ...
