I think fibbi meant swirl marks, not scratch marks. Something only seriously OCD car lovers would give a sh_t about. Swirl marks are like spider web looking super tiny scratches, usually only very visible under directional lighting and more obvious on darker cars. If you lease, you probably won't care because swirl marks takes years of fine scratches to accuulate enough to a level that you can easily see.
Despite being anal OCD, I still stopped giving a sh_t about swirl marks. I only wash my own car like once a year. If you are a car lover, u gotta wash ur own car at least once or twice a year. There's always stuff that even a detailer will not pay attention to. Afterall it's your own car, and the detailer just wanna take ur money and run if he/she can get away with it. |
