well, an office is a place where people are needed to follow the 禮儀 , and tried HARD to PRETEND that we are nice to others. Saying "how are you" is a good example for 禮儀 . but seems like some people are intending to make LYK like a "heaven" (or a place where looks like full of love and respect, and people will love and respect each other) but turns out LYK looks like an office

I would call those 廚房佬 who can't cook good food
a chef should be respected if he/she can cook food I like, swear/gamble or not, should not be count
What do you mean by good food? Expensive food or food that taste good? Say for a hk cafe (the food can be extremely delicious), most of the time they're called 廚房佬. I probably won't call a cook in hk cafe a chef lor. Whereas in a 3/4 star Hotel (the food can be garbage) they're called chef most of the time.

in my opinion, good food means the food I like
normally, I will not call those chef "chef", I will call them "si fu" eg. dim sum si fu
of course, u can disagree with me, just I like I disagree with your point of view
