well, maybe using "賤" to refer to those young DJ is a bit too much and harsh to them. they are just kids, afterall. Their poor performacne("mo liu" bull shEEting style) just pissed me off. But I think their seniors, who are so-called well-experienced HK DJ, should take more responsbility

既然付出左好多 =/= good result, people give constructive comments but still don't want to listen, then how to improve ar?  
Think about if you are a boss, your employer says "hey boss, since I work as hard as a cow but still making a lot of mistakes, you should still appreciate me but not scolding me la?" What do you think?

Didn't watch TV today. Not quite understand what you mean exactly. Howver, all those words (以身殉職/以身殉國/以身殉情/以身殉愛) are commently used in Chinese. "以身殉國" is 成語as well, and it is from <<宋書－沈文秀傳>> "丈夫當死戰場，以身殉國，安能歸死兒女手中乎？"

Yes"以身殉國" is 成語 it has an implication that you will do it intentionally or willingly. You cannot make up something like 以身殉職 because you are not intentionally or willinly to die in the line of duty. You cannot because there is a 成語 like this and you can invent something similar.If so then we will have 以身殉情 以身殉愛 Don't you think it make sense?
