如果再加上營役，即是荷包乾涸,  餐搵餐清,  一家七口, 手停口停一隻咸蛋分四餐，之類啦，
正所謂心力交瘁，想唔瘦都難。

I lost 30lbs in the first 4 months. But i just eat whatever, just lesser portions...
