近Kingsway “X視眼鏡”, 此店用中國鏡片.  鏡架冒充日本貨欺騙顧客. 我在年初的時候在此店為小孩配眼鏡(有Care Card 資助). 店主告知只有60元的資助額, 但最近才知道應該是118元. 此事巳轉介到有關部門調查. 請各位朋友要小心此黑店 !!!

they dont get any benefit out of making this lie to you tho.  they would want the higher amount because they get rebated by government anyway

Maybe they said $60, charge carecare for $118, so they would make an extra $58-  Make total sense to me!!

If you're low income, then you will qualify for this. Check the CareCard website for more info.

Of coz they do. They told me they could mail it in for me then I don't need to pay that amount at that time. I just paid them whatever the total was and then deducted that coverage from CareCard($58 店主告知 but actully is $118). That means they just made it up the receipt and earn the difference. What are LIAR?

Yes, I know but the thing is they told me that's 日本貨 and charged me the higher price for that. At the end, what I got was 中國鏡片. You know 中國鏡片 are always way cheaper then 日本鏡片. If I know I will get the 中國鏡片 anyways, then I don't have to pay for that expensive.
