都幾個月前嘅事，話說屋企要換washer and dryer，咁老公返工成日係metrotown，咁佢就去The Bay睇下，又問下個sales，好啦，決定好，俾哂錢，約好禮拜日9點到1點送貨，我等到2點都無人，打俾個sales問下，佢check完話電腦出錯，無安排到送貨，我都嬲嬲地，浪費我一個禮拜日朝早，不過算啦，唯有再約過，今次約禮拜五，我今次學聰明，之前一日打去comfirm，點知customer service 話個dryer 無貨，要1個月後先會有貨由美國送入加拿大，我真係著火，我話有無搞錯，我唔打黎，你地都無人通知我，收錢時就咩都得，個customer service 就話三日前已經send 左e mail 地mertotown 分店通知我去揀過部，不過無人通知我。好，我打去揾返個sales，個sales就話佢今日無返工，要打返公司了解下，之後就打俾我，因為佢day off 兩日，所以無時間通知我，叫我收住部washer先，我話有無搞錯，我點知你一個月後係咪真係有貨，無又要我等，我唔肯，最後我堅持refund。最搞笑係個sales同我講，佢咩都唔知，我咪問佢咁係咪應該我自己要知。 之後老公同同事傾開，先知原來佢同事試過係the bay 買stove， 等左6個月先有貨。 sear 要多謝the bay， 因為我之後去左sear 買washer 同dryer， 服務一流，後來換埋個fridge。

我最後幫襯bay 買家電，係16年前，再找不到要再找bay 幫手的原因。

Bought mattress from the Bay many years ago. Good service that time.
But didn't buy any "big item" from them since then.

Sears is not any better. The staff told my mom if she comes back in 90 days, he will give her a refund of $100. I suspect the staff is trying to increase his/her sales by re-and-re the sale in 3 months, so that he/she gets the commission, rinse and repeat.

For appliance, I still prefer to go to Trail or Budget, who are more specialized and good at what they do. I will even go to Costco before I go to Sears/the Bay
