2nd hand car

Hello, I really want to get a Red Prelude between 1997 to 2001.  I know it's an old car, but I really love those Japanese sport cars in that era.  

My only source is craiglist and so far I don't have much luck.

Does anyone know where else would be a good way to find 2nd hand car?  Thank you.

well craigslist.ca and buysell.ca are probably the most common source for used car, make sure you leave the budget for the transmission if it's AT...

I know Honda's Milano red is an extremely attractive colour. But do you really insist on this colour and only this colour? I haven't seen too many red ones around on Craigslist, but there have been plenty of listings for silver and white.

Another thing is, have you sat in the car before? For some reason, even though that generation of the Prelude isn't that small a car, the cabin and interior space is pretty tight. I don't really fit in it at all, even though I am not super tall.

prelude actually have really poor head room, but honda's red doesn't last very good?! so good luck to find a good condition one...

Thank you for all the reply.  I am ok, only 5 feet 10, not too crowded for me in that car.  

IF it is manuel, of coxi would save some budget for that.   Craiglist...doesn't have many good customers.  WE did a lot of email communication, but when i want to see the car, they disappeared.

I can hardly find a similar car in this period...many japanese cars here are designed by Americian desigins...so they all look edgy, like a box running on the road.  Rx 8 looks better, but too bad there are no japanese sports car in middle price range, around 25000 to 30000.

Actually, I was talking to my wife today, I said old prelude is still nice, if she wants want to get one, since she used to like it ....

Find a prelude is easy, find a straight one is hard ......  

Headroom is actually not bad, ( for driver ) no problem for people under 6'3.

Prelude looks really nice!  But maybe it is a bit big for a lady to drive....

Find a straight one means a good one?

Straight = no major accident, not riced ... in general ..  mean good law ..  ^_^
